RETURN POLICY

Eligibility:

This policy applies to all Thimtec Thimble Tape rolls purchased directly from Thimtec.

Return Period:

Customers may return Thimtec Thimble Tape rolls within 5 days from the date of receipt.

Condition:

Products must be unused and in their original packaging to be eligible for return.

Process:

a. Contact our customer service team to initiate a return.
b. Ship the product back to the address provided by our team.
c. Include your order number and reason for return with the shipment.

Refunds:

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, we will process your refund to the original payment method.

Shipping Costs:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or was damaged in transit.

Damaged Products:

If your Thimtec Thimble Tape was damaged during shipping, please contact our support team immediately for further instructions. Do not return damaged products without prior authorization.

Processing Time:

Refunds typically process within 5-10 business days after we receive the returned item.

Thimtec Thimble Tape Restock Policy

As a small business, we at Thimtec understand the high demand for our Thimble Tape. We strive to keep our valued customers informed about product availability while managing the challenges of inventory and production. Here's how we handle restocking:

• Restock Notifications: Due to the dynamic nature of our supply chain, we can't always provide advance notice about when Thimble Tape will be restocking. Our inventory is subject to change based on various factors.
• Back in Stock Alerts: To better serve you, we've implemented a "Back in Stock" notification system on our website. Here's how to use it: a. Visit the Thimble Tape product page you're interested in. b. Look for the NOTIFY ME WHEN AVAILABLE button below the SOLD OUT button. c. Click on the NOTIFY ME WHEN AVAILABLE button. d. Enter your email address or mobile number to receive an alert when the product is back in stock.
• Priority Notifications: Customers who sign up for restock alerts will be among the first to know when Thimble Tape becomes available again.

How Much Tape Should I Wrap Per Finger

Preparation

• Ensure fingers are clean and dry.
• Cut AT LEAST 10-12" of Thimtec® for your base wrap.
• Cut an additional 5+" piece for a padded shield (optional).
• Fold the edge of the roll back after cutting to prevent sticking.

Application

Base Wrap:

• Wrap Thimtec® around your finger and nail with slight tension.
• Squeeze to mold it to your finger shape.
• Ensure comfort without cutting off circulation.

Padded Shield (for extra protection):

• Accordion fold your 5+" piece into a thick pad.
• Position over your pain point and press firmly onto the base wrap.

Tips

• Thimtec® sticks to itself but not to your skin!
• Layer more for tougher projects.
• Save wrappings during breaks - they're reusable!
